What you will handle:
Recruitment & Onboarding (50%)
- Take responsibility for the entire recruitment process for both full-time employees (FTEs) and interns, partnering with hiring managers to facilitate the smooth and successful selection process.
- Understand hiring needs and suggest hiring options and solutions of hiring managers; while maintaining good relationships with candidates.
- Meet hiring KPIs, maintain hiring data and solve hiring challenges for both full-time employees and interns.
- Coordinate internally with teams to provide new employees onboarding. Ensure the new joiners receive excellent experience on the start date and along the journey of probation period by acting as HR mentor
- Support People Operation Team Lead in expanding talents supplies and participate in Recruitment events
Employer Branding & Social Media (20%)
- Create contents or artworks for hiring purpose that represents CloudCommerce's culture, values, and mission to attract top-tier talent for each BUs and ensure to follow guidelines
- Monitor engagement or candidates through Social Media and ensure the contents reach to the target audience
HR Business Partnering & Development (30%)
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, and solve or report issues as appropriate.
- Support the implementation and documentation of training and development as assigned
- Work with the team and support in company activities such as Town Hall, New Year party
- Participate and work as a coordinator in new HR project implementation, such as HR tools and communication tools.
- Support other HR tasks as assigned, which may include performance management and engagement.
What you have:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in recruitment, HR business partnering, or training & development.
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition, employer branding, and employee lifecycle management.
- Experience in designing and implementing training programs is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage employees at all levels.
- Ability to analyze HR data and align initiatives with business goals.
- Proficiency in HR tools, internal communication platforms, and social media management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to effectively manage employee relations.
- Knowledge of HR operations, policies, and compliance.
- Proficiency in both Thai and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
