FastBuy is a centralized logistics hub in Thailand specializing in consolidated international shipments for customers worldwide. We enable overseas individuals and small businesses to purchase products from any Thai retailer—including Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok—and have them efficiently consolidated at our Thailand warehouse facility. Our goal is to provide a seamless cross-border shopping experience, offering operational support and competitive international delivery directly to customers' doorsteps across the globe.

In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in E-commerce and International Logistics through the following duties :

  • Provide information and resolve inquiries for all customer segments via Phone, Chat, and Email.
  • ecord and track reported cases, coordinating with relevant teams to ensure prompt solutions.
  • Compile frequently asked questions and common issues to improve service standards and resources.
  • Assist in optimizing the customer journey to ensure a world-class service experience.

Qualifications :

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related discipline.
  • Interested in E-commerce and the international shipping industry.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and possessing a strong desire to learn.
  • Command of the English language

Work Information & Benefits :

  • Work Location: Fastship Head Office (Chaengwattana 14).
  • Work Days: Monday – Friday (09:00 AM – 06:00 PM).
  • Allowance: 200 THB/Day.
