Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for customers, handling inquiries, delivery status, and issue resolution with a professional Service Mindset.
- Proactively monitor shipments and coordinate with carriers/3PLs to resolve transportation issues and minimize delays.
- Analyze transportation data and shipment performance to optimize routing efficiency and align with customer expectations.
- Collect customer feedback and identify recurring pain points to enhance the overall customer experience and internal processes.
- Manage key metrics including 1st Response Time, AHT, and CSAT while ensuring high-quality standards through QA audits.
Qualifications
- At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service (logistics or supply chain experience is a strong advantage).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex situations clearly and positively.
- A strong 'Can-do Attitude' with the ability to work under pressure, multitask, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and open to learning advanced data analysis and route optimization tools.
- Able to work on alternate Saturdays (WFH).
Location: Pink Line MRT: Chaeng Watthana 14 station Exit on the Big C side and take a motorcycle taxi from there.
