Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for customers, handling inquiries, delivery status, and issue resolution with a professional Service Mindset.
  • Proactively monitor shipments and coordinate with carriers/3PLs to resolve transportation issues and minimize delays.
  • Analyze transportation data and shipment performance to optimize routing efficiency and align with customer expectations.
  • Collect customer feedback and identify recurring pain points to enhance the overall customer experience and internal processes.
  • Manage key metrics including 1st Response Time, AHT, and CSAT while ensuring high-quality standards through QA audits.

Qualifications

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service (logistics or supply chain experience is a strong advantage).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex situations clearly and positively.
  • A strong 'Can-do Attitude' with the ability to work under pressure, multitask, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and open to learning advanced data analysis and route optimization tools.
  • Able to work on alternate Saturdays (WFH).
