The Key Account Executive and the Key Account Executive (CRM) are our new positions for our latest team in the Commercial functions. The successful candidates will oversee and manage the relationships with our major clients and potential major clients, ensuring they receive top-tier international logistics services.

We are looking for candidates holding proven experience with diverse clients in related industries, such as logistics, international logistics, and E-Commerce. Your primary objective is to analyze the needs and persona of our major accounts and potential major accounts and build strong relationships with them, ensuring their business growth with Fastship’s products and services. This role also involves gathering client feedback, suggestions, and complaints about products and services, and channeling this information to the internal teams for continuous improvement.

FASTSHIP is Thailand's top-notch cross border logistics platform aggregating over 15 top door to door delivery service providers including UPS, FedEx, Aramex, SF Express, USPS, PostNL and ThailandPost. Our strategy is to expand the business range to compete with a rapidly growing ecommerce business in SEA through innovative, technology-driven and a broad range of total solutions in logistics and supply chain.

What you will handle:

  • Develop and maintain strategic, long-term trusting relationships with high-volume or potential major clients to accomplish organic growth.
  • Develop and establish confidence in the organization's ability to respond appropriately to the needs of key Account customers and their business growth.
  • Strategize the plan to establish a sustainable relationship with Key Account customers to foster trust and strong, positive connections.
  • Analyze customers data to identify their user behaviors, and whether they are potentially repeating customers. Evaluate their usages and persona.
  • Coordinate with the internal team to help identify potential business opportunities and strategies
  • Expand CRM and Key account database for business development
  • Prepare an analysis report as assigned.



What you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in key account management or relevant roles in related industries, such as logistics, international logistics, exporting, and E-Commerce
  • Excellent communication, negotiations, and influencing skills.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple account management at a time while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Experience in using a CRM tool will be a big plus
  • Willingness to learn product and service knowledge
  • Customer Centric personality with an excellent service mind
  • Computer MS office applications
  • Great communication skills in both Thai and English
  • Able to work under pressure
