CloudCommerce is an all-in-one e-commerce solution designed specifically for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Asia that want to expand their business across borders. Our platform offers a range of tools and services, including end-to-end cross-border logistics (Fastship.co), e-commerce fulfillment, e-commerce solutions, and an online marketing campaign platform. Our goal is to help SMEs grow their e-commerce business by providing everything they need in one convenient place.
We are looking for an Associate Product Manager to support the development and growth of our logistics solutions platform, which is well coordinated with international E-commerce. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, analytical, and customer-focused individual eager to gain experience in product management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, assist in product roadmap execution, and ensure our solutions meet customer needs.
What you will handle
- Extract and understand business needs, in order to design software solutions to meet business growth objectives
- Define product requirements, user stories, feature specifications, project scope of work, and sprint planning.
- Work closely with squad teams to deliver software products within the agreed timeline and quality
- Ensure the completion of software product development stages, such as prototyping, developing, testing, Go-live, and monitoring.
- Support product roadmap planning and backlog prioritization based on customer needs and business goals.
- Gather customer feedback and translate insights into actionable product improvements.
- Assist in A/B testing and user experience improvements.
- Ensure clear communication between stakeholders, including engineering, marketing, and operations
- Ensure the completion of product documentation, including project tracking, SOW, and Product Handover.
What you have
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience working as product owner or equivalent role
- Knowledge in Software or digital product development, such as coding, Figma, or other relation skills is a big plus.
- Basic understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
- Experience with various teams, such as marketing, operations, UXUI, developers, and project management.
- High interest in taking ownership and identify business opportunities
- Strong command of the English language
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Positive attitude, goal-oriented, and committed to hard work
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to commute to work at Chaengwattana 14
