We are seeking a proactive and collaborative Talent Acquisition Senior Officer to lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process. This role plays a key part in sourcing and attracting top talents. Beyond recruitment, the role also works with the team to contribute to strengthening our employer brand across digital platforms and building strategic partnerships with universities to support long-term talent development. Our platform offers a range of tools and services, including end-to-end cross-border logistics (Fastship.co), e-commerce fulfillment, e-commerce solutions, and an online marketing campaign platform. Our goal is to help SMEs grow their e-commerce business by providing everything they need in one convenient place.

What You Will Handle:

End-to-End Recruitment

  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and supporting hiring decisions.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs, assist in drafting job descriptions, and provide strategic advice to ensure an efficient and candidate-friendly hiring experience.
  • Proactively source candidates through multiple channels, such as job boards, social media platforms, and employee referrals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records through applicant tracking systems and internal dashboards.
  • Help new joiners succeed in onboarding process with the first 30-day program.

Employer Branding

  • Collaborate with the team to manage and enhance the company’s recruitment presence across platforms including Facebook, TikTok, and the career portal.
  • Support the creation of engaging visual and written content that appeals to target audiences and strengthens recruitment performance, particularly for internship roles.

University Partnerships

  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with universities to support initiatives such as internships, career fairs, scholarships, and academic collaborations.
  • Work with the team to implement and optimize partnership activities that contribute to a sustainable talent pipeline aligned with the company’s growth objectives.

    What You Have:

    • Bachelor's degree.
    • 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
    • Familiarity with the end-to-end recruitment process.
    • A strong desire to grow in talent acquisition expertise.
    • Proactive approach and problem-solving skills.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Organizational and time-management abilities.
    • Familiarity with recruitment channels and recruiting tools.
    • Experience with an applicant tracking system is beneficial.
    • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Good command of English.
    • Able to commute to work at our HQ (Chaengwattana 14 MRT Pink line)
