“KOLLAB”, a technology-driven Influencer Marketing Platform for customers’ needs for impactful and innovative marketing solutions. Our mission is to connect brands with influencers to drive authentic engagement and meaningful results. Our service facilitates the collaboration between brands and influencers in the Influencer Marketing industry, utilizing cutting-edge technology to enhance productivity and effectiveness. Our clients range from agencies, SMEs, and Corporate organizations. We are currently working on broadening our services to create a group ecosystem.

What you will handle

  • Identify new business opportunities and foster relationships with key clients.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and lead teams to achieve revenue targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of 10 professionals, including two direct manager subordinates.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment to achieve common goals.
  • Manage business operations and work with the finance team to oversee financial planning, budgeting, and cash flow management.
  • Ensure efficient and effective business operations process to maximize profitability.
  • Monitor and analyze business performance, implementing improvements as needed.
  • Work closely with the CEO and other senior management within the group to develop exceptional solutions and unique value propositions or new product development.
  • Contribute to the overall strategic direction and vision of the company.
  • Represent the agency at industry events and maintain a strong network of industry contacts.

What you have

  • Proven experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, or a related field within an agency or start-up setting.
  • Success track record in account management, sales, and business development.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, both Thai and English
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to drive innovative solutions.
