The successful candidate will be responsible for business development, driving sales to boost the company growth, and supporting the marketing team in client meetings. This role requires excellent communication skills, sales expertise, negotiation skills, and the ability to motivate customers to use our services.

“KOLLAB”, an Influencer Matching Platform that is a technology-driven intermediary. Our service facilitates the collaboration between brands and influencers in the Influencer Marketing industry, utilizing cutting-edge technology to enhance productivity and effectiveness. Our clients range from agencies, SMEs, and Corporate organizations.

What you will handle ;

  • Identify and Acquire New Clients. Proactively research and identify potential clients who can benefit from influencer marketing platforms and services. Find new leads from internal and external sources. Negotiating and contacting leads to use KOLLAB's services.
  • Reporting and Analysis sales. Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of influencer marketing campaigns to clients. Utilize data-driven insights to optimize future strategies and demonstrate the value of our services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing and AE team) to design tailor-made influencer marketing packages that align with client goals.
  • Negotiate and Close Deals. Ability to work to KPI's and achieve and exceed sales targets.(The better your sales skills, the higher your commission will be consistently ++)

What you have and who you are ;

  • Bachelor Degree or higher in related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the role of Sales Executive in a marketing agency or similar businesses.
  • Eager for knowledge of media marketing, influencer marketing and social media.
  • Understanding of Influencer Marketing.
  • Be adaptable and comfortable working with start-up company culture and have a growth mindset.
  • Be solution-oriented, self-motivated
  • Ability to work under pressure; and be highly responsible and attentive to details.
  • Outstanding negotiation skills, problem-solving, and self-confidence.
  • Be proactive, service-minded, and demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good command of English – verbal and written
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
  • Proficiency in using platforms like Canva and Zoho is a plus.
