Responsibilities

  • Support the Sales Team in managing client interactions and coordination.
  • Prepare sales documents and presentations to assist in client meetings.
  • Develop a strong understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Assist in sales activities and team meetings to improve strategies and processes.
  • Reach out to new customers for pre-screening and lead qualification.
  • Follow up with existing customers to gather feedback and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned to support the sales process.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or any related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills – ability to engage with customers professionally and clearly.
  • Highly motivated and eager to learn – proactive, adaptable, and willing to take on new challenges.
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized – ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Problem-solving mindset – can analyze customer needs and provide solutions.
  • Tech-savvy – comfortable using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and digital platforms.
  • Able to work on-site at our headquarters in Chaengwattana 14 for collaboration with the sales team.
  • Fluent in Thai (spoken & written); English proficiency is a plus – must communicate effectively in Thai, with English as an advantage for supporting international clients.
