Our service facilitates the collaboration between brands and influencers in the Influencer Marketing industry, utilizing cutting-edge technology to enhance productivity and effectiveness. Our clients range from agencies, SMEs, and Corporate organizations.
What you will handle ;
- จัดหากลุ่มลูกค้ามุ่งหวัง และจัดทำรายงานสรุปผลให้หัวหน้าแผนกขายเพื่อตรวจสอบและลงระบบข้อมูล
- ตอบคำถาม และให้ข้อมูลลูกค้าได้อย่างรวดเร็ว และเป็นมืออาชีพ
- ติดตามผล รักษาฐานของลูกค้าเป้าหมาย
- Update เทรนต่างๆ ที่ทันสมัยเกี่ยวกับข้อมูลผลิตภัณฑ์ และโปรโมชั่น
- ศึกษาข้อมูลเทรนใหม่ ๆ ทั้งของบริษัทฯ และคู่แข่งผลิตภัณฑ์ต่าง ๆ การขาย การตลาด การบริการหลังการขายและอื่น ๆ
- ให้บริการที่เป็นเลิศและสร้างความพึงพอใจให้กับลูกค้า
- ประสานงานและให้ความร่วมมือกับหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
What you have and who you are ;
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป
- ประสบการณ์การขายอย่างน้อย 2 ปี Sales and Marketing และ marketing agency or similar businesses.
- ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการตลาดอินฟลูเอนเซอร์
- มีความกระตือรือร้นในความรู้ด้านการตลาดผ่านสื่อ การตลาดด้วยอินฟลูเอนเซอร์ และโซเชียลมีเดีย
- สามารถปรับตัวและทำงานร่วมกับวัฒนธรรมบริษัทสตาร์ทอัพได้อย่างสบายใจและมีกรอบความคิดในการเติบโต
- ความสามารถในการทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดัน และมีความรับผิดชอบสูงและใส่ใจในรายละเอียด
- ทักษะการเจรจาต่อรองที่โดดเด่น การแก้ปัญหา และความมั่นใจในตนเอง
- มีความกระตือรือร้น มีใจบริการ และแสดงให้เห็นถึงทักษะด้านมนุษยสัมพันธ์และการสื่อสารที่ดี
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
