What you will do
As our HR Intern in Employer Branding, you’ll play a key role in supporting talent acquisition process, talent supplies, and employee branding by creating talent attraction contents, artworks, and campaigns that effectively communicate to target audience.
- Assist in developing and executing employer branding campaigns across social media, career portal, and other internal channels.
- Coordinate and support employee engagement initiatives, such as culture content, internal communication, and events.
- Help craft contents and artwork for social media platforms, including Tiktok, Facebook, and internal channel, such as employee stories, day-in-the-life features, and behind-the-scenes videos
- Conduct research and benchmarking on employer branding best practices and industry trends.
- Help manage company’s career social media pages on Tiktok and Facebook
- Track engagement metrics and prepare performance reports for branding activities.
What You Have
- University student in HR, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
- Passion for storytelling, social media, and branding.
- Creative thinker with social media content platform literacy
- Familiarity with platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, Canva, and video editing tools.
- Team player with a positive attitude, initiative, and attention to detail.
- Portfolio will be a big advantage
