Job Title: Account Executivea (Junior)
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with B2B clients, developing sales strategies for both existing and new clients, and executing campaigns to meet client objectives. This role requires experience in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, creative thinking, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful campaign delivery.

What you will handle :
- Proactively develop a B2B sales pipeline and serve as the primary point of contact by fostering strong, long-term client relationships.
- Present campaign proposals to clients for approval or modification and attend client meetings to ensure alignment and progress.
- Understand and analyze clients’ requirements, in order to produce solutions that align with their business goals and drive measurable results.
- Collaborate closely with clients to define marketing objectives and develop customized marketing strategies.
- Lead project management efforts with accountability, including managing timelines and budgets effectively.
- Manage end-to-end campaign operations, from performance tracking to reporting results.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various channels to meet or exceed the company’s sales targets.
- Maintain strong client relationships to ensure continued engagement and recurring business.
- Work closely with internal teams to brainstorm and analyze new approaches to reach prospective clients through innovative channels.
What you have :
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in account management at a digital marketing agency or influencer marketing agency, with a strong focus on B2B clients.
- Solid understanding of media marketing, influencer marketing, and social media platforms.
- Highly adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, start-up culture with a proactive and growth mindset.
- Strong project management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, along with confidence in client interactions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong service-oriented attitude.
- Customer Centric personality with an excellent service mind.
- Ability to work under pressure; and be highly responsible and attentive to details.
- Good command of English – both spoken and written.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Canva.
