Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute creative concepts, layouts, and designs for digital and print media.
- Create marketing materials including social media graphics, ads, website visuals, brochures, packaging, and presentation decks.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to brainstorm ideas and deliver cohesive campaigns.
- Ensure designs are aligned with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms.
- Adapt and optimize creative assets for various formats and channels.
- Stay up to date with design trends, AI tools, and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Provide creative input on brand strategy, campaigns, and storytelling.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field
- At least 2 years of professional experience in Graphic Design
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); skills in CapCut or After Effects will be an advantage
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, and solid understanding of design principles (Layout, Color, Typography)
- Ability to work effectively in a team, with good communication skills and high responsibility
- A strong portfolio showcasing relevant design work and experience
