Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute creative concepts, layouts, and designs for digital and print media.
  • Create marketing materials including social media graphics, ads, website visuals, brochures, packaging, and presentation decks.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to brainstorm ideas and deliver cohesive campaigns.
  • Ensure designs are aligned with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms.
  • Adapt and optimize creative assets for various formats and channels.
  • Stay up to date with design trends, AI tools, and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team.
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Provide creative input on brand strategy, campaigns, and storytelling.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in Graphic Design
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); skills in CapCut or After Effects will be an advantage
  • Strong creativity, attention to detail, and solid understanding of design principles (Layout, Color, Typography)
  • Ability to work effectively in a team, with good communication skills and high responsibility
  • A strong portfolio showcasing relevant design work and experience
