We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Onboarding Executive to join our team. You will play a key role in engaging new customers, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience, and driving successful adoption of our services.

FASTSHIP is Thailand's top-notch cross border logistics platform aggregating over 15 top door to door delivery service providers including UPS, FedEx, Aramex, SF Express, USPS, PostNL and ThailandPost. Our strategy is to expand the business range to compete with a rapidly growing ecommerce business in SEA through innovative, technology-driven and a broad range of total solutions in logistics and supply chain.

What you will handle:
- Collaborate closely with the Team to implement effective onboarding procedures and performance targets (SLAs) for Fastship products and services
- Actively participate in customer onboarding activities through phone and chat—guiding new users, addressing inquiries, and closing onboarding-related deals.
- Present compelling value propositions that clearly communicate how our solutions meet customer needs.
- Take ownership of individual onboarding targets and lead by example in achieving key milestones.
- Maintain accurate records of onboarding activities and analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Maintain reports on onboarding metrics with internal teams.
- Learn and apply knowledge of Fastship’s services, internal tools, and reporting processes.
- Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and service excellence during the onboarding phase.
What you have:
- Bachelor's degree in related field. Fresh graduate candidates are welcome.
- Working experience in Customer Services, Customer Relationship Management, Call Center, Telesales is an advantage
- Willingness to learn product and service knowledge
- Customer Centric personality with an excellent service mind
- Computer MS office applications
- Thai communication at a native level and English communication at good level is a must
- Good communication skills
- Able to work under pressure
- Able to commute to work at our head office (MRT Pink line Chaengwattana 14 station)
